Four pillars of our
procurement activities

We distribute essential medicines and health products all over the world to around 120 countries. By working with contracted partners, we ensure high quality products for an affordable price. We flexibly adapt to situations that cross our path and apply innovative ways of working, continuously improving service to our clients. We are data focused, in order to optimize processes and offer you transparency. Our procurement activities consist of projects across four main pillars.

Donor Funded projects

i+solutions is the Procurement Service Agent for The Global Fund’s (TGF) Pooled Procurement Mechanism and Stop TB Partnership’s Global Drug Facility (GDF), annually delivering millions USD worth of HIV treatments, antimalarials, tuberculosis medicines and O2 medical oxygen plants and accessories. Deliveries are made in over 120 countries.

Government funded

i+solutions supports Ministries of Health in several countries with the purchase and delivery of HIV medicines, Essential Medicines and HIV test kits. Countries i+solutions works with include Morocco, Georgia, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.

Partner projects

i+solutions works with several international bi-lateral organizations to procure medicines and other health commodities and deliver them to low- and middle-income countries globally. Among its client are companies like PATH, Sanofi, The Aurum Institute and Elizabeth Glazer Foundation.

Private sector

In 2023, i+solutions set out to extend its service offering and product catalogue and to deliver procurement services also to the private sector. A transparent, competitive and efficient, upstream market platform called XS2Meds, was developed. XS2Meds aims to bridge the gap in access to Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) medicines in Low- and Middle-Income countries (LMICS). On the platform, international vendors, importers and local manufacturers meet local buyers to procure quality affordable medicines and deliver them at access prices to countries and create impact on the lives of patients. XS2Meds is social enterprise powered by i+solutions. More patients served, more diseases treated.
